RARE Refund & Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the limited and collectible nature of many of our products, RARE does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an incorrect item was sent or the product was materially misrepresented.

Please carefully review the size, condition, photos, and product description before completing your purchase. We encourage customers to contact us with any questions prior to ordering.

All products sold by RARE are guaranteed authentic. We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell.

If you receive an incorrect item or believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Items must remain unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Order cancellations: Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled or modified. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Shipping: RARE is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the customer. For packages reported lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist with the carrier’s claim process.
